I never agreed to a subscription for $48 shampoo! I just received three bottles and contacted the company about this issue. Their customer service team is offshore and just repeats everything I say, which is really frustrating. I also emailed the support team, and they told me I have to pay for shipping on an order I didn't want. Absolutely not! Given all the other complaints from unhappy customers, it's clear I'm not the only one dealing with this unwanted product. I will be escalating and reporting this company.

I bought the serum, but it's too early to assess its effectiveness, especially since it's suggested to be used with the hot and cold device I also purchased. I couldn't remove the cap to use it, and customer service explained a technique not included in the instructions. Neither I nor two other adults could open it. I wanted to exchange it, but they won’t send a new one until they receive the defective one. By the time that happens, I will be out of the country for a while. They also won’t cover shipping or the tariffs I have to pay to return a defective item.
I ordered the new hot and cold device, but couldn't get the top off to use it. When I called to request a return, I was told I'd have to cover the shipping costs and include all purchase details. Returning it would cost $20.35. I've asked for a refund for both that and the $99 cost of the device. I hope they prove to be a reputable company that adheres to good business practices.
I've been using this product for a while now, and it's hard to choose a favorite from their range. My skin looks fuller and more hydrated, and the moisture lasts all day. The packaging is top-notch, making it easy to dispense the right amount. I would recommend it to nearly anyone, not just women!
I placed my order on 10/10/2025, and as of today, 10/27/2025, I still haven't received it! I called customer service, and while they found my order, they informed me it hasn't shipped because it's out of stock. There's no estimate for when it will be available again. A notification would have been appreciated, especially since they send promotional emails. I decided to cancel my order. They offered me a 20% discount, but that doesn’t help me at all. Canceled! I found it cheaper online.
