I placed my order on 10/10/2025, and as of today, 10/27/2025, I still haven't received it! I called customer service, and while they found my order, they informed me it hasn't shipped because it's out of stock. There's no estimate for when it will be available again. A notification would have been appreciated, especially since they send promotional emails. I decided to cancel my order. They offered me a 20% discount, but that doesn’t help me at all. Canceled! I found it cheaper online.
