I spent 25 minutes arguing with a representative who insisted my email was outdated. Eventually, she agreed to send a return label, which was hard to get. We tried the shampoo, but it left both my husband and me with straw-like hair. If you find yourself in this situation, search for their customer service number online and persist. After a long conversation, they finally allowed me to return the product using their label. Don't let them convince you otherwise.
