I never agreed to a subscription for $48 shampoo! I just received three bottles and contacted the company about this issue. Their customer service team is offshore and just repeats everything I say, which is really frustrating. I also emailed the support team, and they told me I have to pay for shipping on an order I didn't want. Absolutely not! Given all the other complaints from unhappy customers, it's clear I'm not the only one dealing with this unwanted product. I will be escalating and reporting this company.
