Don't count on receiving all items at once, even if it says you will. I got my package with only three out of four items. When I contacted the support team via live chat, they claimed I had received everything. After persistently pointing out the missing item, they finally admitted it was shipped separately and promised tracking info soon. They sent it only after I insisted on an urgent request since it was important for my upcoming holiday. Despite this being their error, they didn't send it express as I requested. Once everything arrives, I will return the items for a refund. I've shopped with this seller many times, but this will be my last experience. It's much better to support businesses that truly value their customers rather than just their profits.
