I was really disappointed with the online customer service manager and her lack of willingness to assist. I think many customers fall into this situation with the company. I tried several ways to resubscribe to emails after being told I needed to do so for the voucher. When I realized I was unsuccessful, I contacted customer service, but they informed me it was too late to issue the $20 voucher I was entitled to, as I hadn't emailed them directly to resubscribe, per their terms. The company could have made accommodations to provide me with this voucher, but clearly, they don't prioritize customer experience and seem reluctant to let you use your entitled funds. Why even have a rewards program?
