Extremely unsatisfactory service! I purchased two items as gifts for an important client's daughter. I called and was assured both items would be gift wrapped and sent together. Only one item arrived, and I later received an email stating the other item was on its way. I've sent two emails and tried to contact them via live chat and messenger, but no response!!! AVOID!
