Do not expect all items to arrive together, even if it indicates they will. I received a package meant to contain four items, but only three were included. When I reached out to the support team via live chat, they insisted I had received everything. After repeatedly stating that one item was missing, they finally acknowledged it had been shipped separately and that tracking information would follow. They only sent the item after I insisted on an urgent request, as it was essential for my upcoming holiday. Despite this being their oversight, they did not send it via express post as I had asked. Once everything arrives, I plan to return the items for a refund. I've purchased from this seller many times before, but this experience will be my last. It's far better to buy from businesses that genuinely care about their customers rather than just their profits.
