This is the most frustrating product I have ever encountered. It falls far short of its claims, and the company tricks customers into signing up for a monthly subscription. No one in their right mind would choose to order from them again. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!
I wanted to try this diffuser, but I never agreed to a subscription, yet my card was charged. There's no phone support, only an email address. I reached out but haven’t received a response. This is a scam, and I dislike the diffuser. I want a refund and to remove my card information from their system.
SCAM. I ordered this product on a specific date and have never received anything. I was charged for a second order without agreeing to any subscription. There’s no contact option on the website except for an email, and no way to cancel a transaction or subscription I never agreed to. I canceled the debit card linked to this purchase today. SCAM.

Avoid this service; they resell products from other companies and enroll you in a subscription without consent. I ordered a pack of three but received single items instead, and they insist on charging $10 for each product to return. They confirmed a minimal refund while charging me $30 for shipping, which is nearly the cost of the product itself. FAKE NON LEGITIMATE.
