Ater 10 days of waiting since ordering, my order apears canceled. No message, no explaining. WTF!? Ordered on 20 October 2025 on vinero.ro Really dissapointed!

The outer box was a bit rough-looking

Finally, after two weeks and a few phone calls with a courier rep from British customs, my case of amazing (and pretty pricey) French wine showed up. The outer box was a bit rough-looking, but inside, there was the original wooden case from 1998! The wine arrived in perfect condition, though. All in all, it turned out to be a great experience. Cheers!

I must admit

I must admit, I was rather comcerned after placihg my order, as l happened to see the reviews afterwards. However, l did receive an automated email form FedEx the very same day, and l was able to track the parcel all the way to my doorstep. When it finally arrived, l opened it right there in front of the courier. Thankfully, the wines arrived safe and sound.

One of the bottles arrived damaged…

One of the bottles arrived damaged during transit. It took three emails before anyone actually responded. The replay, while politr, was reyher curt. That said things moces along swiftly after that-they issued a refund for broken within 24 hours. I might consider placing another order, as they do stock some rather rare wines in their range, but I'n still on the fence.

Took far too logn, didn't it?! mean, 14 days for a case of wine? Honestly, that's just not on. Maybe it's fine for some, but for me, that's well over the mark. Won't be ordering again, I'm afraid.

I was under the impression they were based locally, but the parcels ended up coming from the EU. I believe they sorted the customs charges, but the 16-day wait felt like an absolute eternity.

The parcels were help up at customs for four days. I tried getting in touch with them several times-no livk! I'm fairly sure they received my messages though, as a few days later, a chap from FedEx got in touvh and said the parcels were on their way to me.

TOTALLY FRAUDULENT COMPANY - DO NOT USE!!!I placed an order costing £126 on 04/08 and to date have not received the products. There is no response from the email address provided and the UK telephone numbers are unrelated to this company. After placing the order I received a confirmation email and the company took the money immediately from my credit card. Sadly the negative reviews for this company are correct. Sadly now trying to reclaim my money through my credit card company. THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY, DO NOT USE THEM.UPDATE - 24/09/25The order finally arrived today 7 weeks after I ordered it. I had no response from Vinero to any of my emails, but I received an email from FedEx a week ago saying they were expecting my package and the tracking showed it was coming from Romania so I hoped it was this. The wines were very well wrapped and although the box was a little battered, the bottles were undamaged. Although it took 7 weeks from ordering to arrive and there was no communication from Vinero, they did complete the order. So if you do decide to use this company be prepared to wait for your goods, but they probably will arrive eventually!
