This has been an incredibly frustrating situation. On December 1st, a charge of 171.75 pounds was deducted from my account for an order. After nearly a week without any confirmation email, I reached out to the company and spoke with a representative who confirmed the payment was taken but the order wasn’t shipped. Eventually, I received a confirmation email and the order was sent out. However, two weeks later, I contacted the company again, only to find out that my order was cancelled due to no payment being processed when it was posted on December 6th. I am very dissatisfied and have requested a refund. This will be my final interaction with this company, and if this issue isn't resolved to my satisfaction, I will seek help from local media to address my concerns.
