Incredibly Frustrating Experience

This experience has been incredibly frustrating. On December 1st, a charge of 171.75 pounds was taken from my account for an order. After nearly a week without receiving a confirmation email, I reached out to the company and spoke with a representative who confirmed the payment was processed but the order had not been shipped. Eventually, I received a confirmation email and the order was posted. However, two weeks later, I contacted the company again, only to be informed that my order was cancelled because no payment was processed when it was posted on December 6th. I'm very dissatisfied and have requested a refund. This will be my last interaction with this company, and if this matter isn't resolved to my satisfaction, I will seek assistance from local media to address my issues.

I am frustrated with this company!

I am frustrated with this company!! Their customer service is misleading. I ordered a skirt in size 14 since size 12 was unavailable. Over a week passed with no communication regarding the shipment. I called and was informed it was out of stock, but a size 12 was available, so I requested next day delivery. This was confirmed, yet I received no email and no delivery!!! I called again and was told my item was out of stock. An automatic email followed from a customer service agent I could barely understand, claiming my order was updated and would arrive soon!!! Outrageous... I then requested a refund, and he said he was processing it - yet again no email confirmation, and I was left on hold for 15 minutes before having to hang up. How does this company continue to operate with such service???? No apologies, no communication, and above all, NO SERVICE.

I ordered two men's sweaters with next day delivery, but they still haven't arrived and I have no idea when they will. Completely unacceptable! I will NEVER purchase from them again and will warn all my friends to steer clear!

Unsatisfactory Customer Service

I ordered two cardigans; one arrived quickly with a note stating the second would follow. Three weeks later, the second cardigan hadn’t arrived, so I called customer service to find out what happened, only to learn it was sold out. I received no prior communication about this, and while they processed a refund, the conversation was short and unhelpful. Very poor customer service with no alternative options or compensation offered for the inconvenience.

Nice Products, Poor Delivery

The clothes are nice, but I am severely let down by an unreliable delivery service (pay for next day delivery and you might get your item in a week) and a slow, unresponsive customer service team. A premium product should come with premium service.
