I have purchased through this company many times before (last time in December 2024) and received items within a week..I place a new order on 27/06/2025, I still have not received the order.I have tried contacting them via email and social media, no response and still no parcel after six weeks.I called my bank to dispute the charge.The company has told the bank the parcel was “sent” but will not provide any tracking details on any information about when it was “sent!”
