I love this product, but why won't they send me my perfume...ordered on January 6, 2026? No response to my emails either. Is this company still operating??? They were very quick to take my money. I'm soooo disappointed. So what happens next?
I have purchased through this company many times before (last time in December 2024) and received items within a week..I place a new order on 27/06/2025, I still have not received the order.I have tried contacting them via email and social media, no response and still no parcel after six weeks.I called my bank to dispute the charge.The company has told the bank the parcel was “sent” but will not provide any tracking details on any information about when it was “sent!”
Purchased product from the PureDeo website in November 2024, and 4 x months later, it still has not arrived, and puredeo.com.au does not reply to my emails or update me on the products whereabouts - makes me think this is a scam website and I've lost my money...
