I'm quite frustrated with this service. It claims products will arrive in 3-5 days, but my last two orders took 10 days to 2 weeks. Without a confirmation email, tracking is impossible. My usual subscription was charged, and I received shipment confirmation, but not from the carrier mentioned. They took my money, but I've received no information about that order. I enjoy the diffusers but often misplace them. I've emailed their support, but they only respond selectively. I'm very frustrated and likely won't order from this service again.
