Very deceptive in product usage and return policy. These are NOT a replacement for your vape habit. You can only draw on it 8 times in a 24 hour period. For that reason I returned 4 of the 5 that I had ordered with in the allotted time given for their 100% money back guarantee. Followed all directions to receive and have still not been refunded.

When I asked to cancel they sent me an email saying money will be returned to my account and instead they withdrew a second amount from my account. They are thieves a total scam!!!

I'm feeling a bit frustrated with this service. They claim products will arrive within 3-5 days, but my last two orders took 10 days to 2 weeks. If you don't receive a confirmation email, tracking becomes impossible. My usual subscription was charged, and I got shipment confirmation, but not from the carrier mentioned. They promptly deducted payment from my account, yet I haven't received any information about that order. While I appreciate these diffusers, I tend to misplace them. I've reached out to their support team, but they only reply to selected inquiries. I'm quite frustrated and probably won't order again.

Burns Out Quickly

I ordered the cool mint flavor, which is similar to my vape. However, after about 30-40 puffs, it tastes burnt. I bought a '3-month supply' with 3 diffusers, but I'm already on my second one due to the burnt taste, and I just received them this morning. This has turned out to be more expensive than vaping.
