I ordered my kit over two weeks ago, and it finally arrived after I sent support tickets to the shipper. The company never responded to my inquiries about the shipment. Their customer service lacks urgency and care. The website states products usually arrive in 3-5 business days, which was not my experience. I will not do business with this service again.
