I ordered a vape from Pure. I hadn't received my order and was concerned that it may have been lost in delivery. I reached out to their customer service and spoke with Daniel. He checked my order and confirmed that it was still in transit but that I should receive it soon. My order was delivered the next day.The fact that I could speak with a representative so quickly (an hour after reaching out) and to have my concerns dispelled was, in my opinion, excellent customer service. It's for this reason that I intend to continue doing business with Pure.
