Had a rough start with Pure, but they went above and beyond to rectify my order. The vape was defective and although I never directly reached out to them, they reached out to me. They have replaced my order and have been very gracious and forthcoming in helping me to have a fantastic experience with them. It was a surprise for me that they truly care about making sure their customers are happy. Will buy again!
