I'm feeling a bit frustrated with this service. They claim products will arrive within 3-5 days, but my last two orders took 10 days to 2 weeks. If you don't receive a confirmation email, tracking becomes impossible. My usual subscription was charged, and I got shipment confirmation, but not from the carrier mentioned. They promptly deducted payment from my account, yet I haven't received any information about that order. While I appreciate these diffusers, I tend to misplace them. I've reached out to their support team, but they only reply to selected inquiries. I'm quite frustrated and probably won't order again.
