I have reached out to PureFilters multiple times describing this issue, yet without a response. I simply requested assistance from this company but that request has been ignored. BEWARE of ordering with PureFilters.

Great shopping experience!

I read several reviews on the seller before finally making the decision to purchase a whole-home humidifier from PureFilters.ca. To be honest, some of the reviews were somewhat, downright negative, some even alluding to the site being untrustworthy. I am glad I decided to give it a try, and I must say the transaction was seamless. The specific humidifier I wanted to buy was more cost-effective on their website than every other website. The item was ordered on Monday, and by Wednesday, it was promptly delivered to my home around the Brantford area. I highly recommend the seller!
