I requested a spare part for the winch (rear brake), which broke just after the warranty period. I faced considerable reluctance in getting support. After writing twice, I received a response after 10 months saying, "there is nothing they can do..." The service and support were nonexistent, and they didn't even suggest an alternative solution. I received no further communication.
