Request for a spare part for the DAM winch (rear brake).
The winch (rear brake) broke just after the warranty period. Considerable reluctance. I wrote twice. After 10 months the answer came, "there is nothing they can do..." (Tim Hakkert, Aftersales Benelux, Pure Fishing Netherlands, Breda)

They didn't even offer me another solution. They didn't write back again .

Recently, I spoke with a representative who helped me repair my reel, which was fully serviced and returned within 10 days for just £15. This is exceptional value, and I highly recommend them.
I noticed an unexpected charge on my credit card from this service and have no idea what it pertains to. I reached out via email and phone for clarification but was put on hold indefinitely, only to receive a recorded message asking me to leave a message. I plan to report this charge as fraudulent.

I was connected with a customer service agent who provided a frustrating experience. I purchased a faulty rod and, despite providing evidence of the defect, I couldn't get past the agent to speak with someone else. If you end up dealing with this representative, expect difficulties.
I had a terrible experience trying to obtain a new bearing for a reel. After emailing the service, I received a curt reply stating it was out of stock, with no suggestions for alternatives. The reel isn't particularly old, and this experience has made me reconsider my future purchases.
The warranty seems ineffective, as I encountered issues with the warranty page and phone support. After finally reaching them, I was told my rod was no longer manufactured and I had to return it at my expense, only to be offered a more expensive replacement. I will be looking elsewhere in the future.
First, there were no shipment details provided, making it hard to verify my order. The email confirmation was invalid, and my attempts to reach out went unanswered. When I finally received my order, the wrong color was sent, and there was no packing list included. Overall, I am extremely disappointed and will not use this service again.
