WOW! I engaged PURE to sell 6 properties in the NorthWest and they were sold subject to contract, etc, etc within a week. I recognise that it is their "patch" and they have a lot of investors looking for that area. Nevertheless, their performance was impressive.In the spirit of full disclosure, last year I asked them to sell 3 or 4 properties in Essex and none sold. My view is that their buyers are 100% driven by yield (9%+) and not capital appreciation. When they play to their strengths, stock flies out of the office.
