Fantastic customer service. My order was misdelivered due to my address being wrongly autopopulated on order (which I failed to notice). This led to two attempted deliveries by Royal Mail at wrong addresses. However the customer service team were brilliant and ended up sending me a repeat order to my correct address...very happy with the product and the service
