Appalling customer service! I ordered a bag less than a year ago which cost me 104 GBP and the zip pull came detached. I contacted customer services to see if they could repair it. They couldn't and they said there was nothing they would do as it was just outside a year of purchase (by a few days!) instead they offered me a store credit of 29GBP!!! Absolutely shocking service and I now have a bag I can't use as I cannot zip it up. I would not return or recommend this company. (Order number #84444 confirmed).This was a gift from my husband for my birthday and now cannot be used. Very disappointed
