Purely Pets have just put my premium up by £400 this year. I have given two stars because they pay out on claims without much issue, however, they certainly try to claw any money paid out back on the policy premiums. I feel like I am stuck with them now because my dog has had some medical issues that wouldn't be covered with a new policy. I wouldn't recommend and I certainly would not use them again with a different pet.As for the response to call purely pets customer service to discuss, I have already done this and the answer (although a bit more polite) was tough - if you have made a claim then your premium will increase.
