Lovely building, but professional standards are severely lacking. Especially the woman that runs the building!
I rarely take the time to write reviews, but my experience at Pure Offices Edinburgh has been consistently disappointing enough that I feel compelled to warn other business owners. While the physical workspace is modern and attractive, the day-to-day reality of operating here is incredibly difficult due to the current management style.
Why I cannot recommend this location:
• Unprofessional Management: The primary issue lies with the on site building management. Rather than facilitating a productive environment, the approach is often dismissive and unnecessarily hostile. Simple requests are frequently treated as personal inconveniences.
• Poor Communication: Getting clear, professional answers is a constant struggle. When you do get a response, the tone is often condescending rather than collaborative.
• Restrictive Atmosphere: A workspace should foster productivity, but the "my way or the highway" attitude here creates an environment that feels more like a strict institution than a professional business hub.
• Lack of Accountability: Tenant satisfaction appears to be a low priority. Issues are often met with excuses instead of solutions, leaving businesses feeling unsupported.
Bottom line: Save your business the stress and find a space where the management actually respects and values their clients.

We booked a room at Pure Offices at Warwick and were so pleased with everything. So accessible from the M40, the room had everything we needed but most of all Kate was so helpful (especially when we left a phone behind!).We will have no hesitation on booking again.
Pure Office is great place to have your business. We have been fortunate to be with Pure Office in Oxford Since Feb 2012 and we have all facilities, office, meeting rooms, parking, kitchen and there lots more. I would like to thank Pure Offices management for providing us with all facilities. Large, medium or small business gets the same treatments.
We've been renting an office at Pure Offices for almost 13 years, and our experience has been excellent. Hollie Clark and her team go above and beyond to create a professional, welcoming, and well-managed business park. The facilities are well-maintained, and requests or issues are handled promptly and efficiently. Their friendly approach makes a real difference. I would highly recommend Pure Offices to any business looking for a fantastic workspace with outstanding service!
Lovely place to work. We have a nice office! It is super clean and tidy, with lots of places to park, and places to eat nearby! It's nice and quiet, with lots of trees and plants by our window so its nice to look out and see birds and squirrels! The management team are wonderful. Hollie is always a huge help. Happy team!
Pure Offices are a lovely place to work.The management at the Port Solent location are polite, friendly and professional. They go out of their way to make coming to work enjoyable, providing communal activities and themed events. The communal areas are always kept clean, tidy and well maintained.
Since our business moved to Pure Offices (Port Solent) six months ago, we’ve felt very welcome. Natalie and Julie are always happy to help, and they do so with a warm and friendly approach.The monthly events they organise are a great touch, making us feel like part of a wider community rather than just another office.The space itself is always clean and well-maintained, with everything we need—and the communal coffee machine is a definite bonus!If you’re looking for office space, we’d highly recommend it!
Cant recommend Pure Offices in Longbridge enough. Great location, all motor way accesses and amenities so close. Staff are absolutely incredible (thankyou Vicky & Steph), nothing too much trouble. The residents are amazing too, we are like one big office family. It was a great move for our business. Thanks to you all for making us feel so welcomed.
