Lovely building, but professional standards are severely lacking. Especially the woman that runs the building!
I rarely take the time to write reviews, but my experience at Pure Offices Edinburgh has been consistently disappointing enough that I feel compelled to warn other business owners. While the physical workspace is modern and attractive, the day-to-day reality of operating here is incredibly difficult due to the current management style.
Why I cannot recommend this location:
• Unprofessional Management: The primary issue lies with the on site building management. Rather than facilitating a productive environment, the approach is often dismissive and unnecessarily hostile. Simple requests are frequently treated as personal inconveniences.
• Poor Communication: Getting clear, professional answers is a constant struggle. When you do get a response, the tone is often condescending rather than collaborative.
• Restrictive Atmosphere: A workspace should foster productivity, but the "my way or the highway" attitude here creates an environment that feels more like a strict institution than a professional business hub.
• Lack of Accountability: Tenant satisfaction appears to be a low priority. Issues are often met with excuses instead of solutions, leaving businesses feeling unsupported.
