I canceled this subscription 7 months ago & every 2-3 months I have to go thru the process of doing a reverse charge, and contact you. I’ve taken my card out of the system on you inept site, AND formally canceled on your inept site WITH CONFIRMATION. If you send me another shipment and I’m charged I will go to the better business bureau and file a complaint. I will also go on every social media platform you have and do the same. Which is what I’m doing now. I will continue to do this until you and your inept staff can get a brain and stop charging my card for a product I’ve canceled in 2024. I’ve also went onto Reddit and see that this is a common theme that you do by continuing to charge people after they cancel. I hope you enjoy all of the reviews on every platform you are about to get as I’ve tried to be nice, but this is now the THIRD time I’m having to to take time out of my day to get my money back.
