This is actually my third hydrogen bottle, so I’ve done my homework on the benefits of H+ water. When you use it consistently, it really does make a difference in flushing out toxins and feeling better overall. I chose this specific brand because the hydrogen levels are much more consistent than others I’ve tried.However, I did have a major issue with the lid—it got so stuck that even after asking several people for help, we couldn't get it open. It felt like a defect, so I had to reach out to Amazon. After a bit of a back-and-forth regarding the replacement fee, they finally sent me a new one. I still think this is the best bottle for water quality, but I’m really hoping the lid on this new one holds up better. Some clearer instructions in the box would also be a nice touch!
