I ordered first order with two smaller bottles and one large. The large had to be returned via amazon because it just didn't work. I ordered another smaller bottle because of poor review on the web about the larger one. The bottle i got had the power plug cover torn off and would not hold a charge. Either poor QC OR dishonest company just sending out their returns. This too bad because I would have purchased several more if this company was honest. Now I am stuck with a bottle that doesnt work. I have 2that do work but will not purchase from this company again.
HORRIBLE CUSTOM SERVICE!!!!!Purepebrix company is one of the hardest companies to get your money back on purchases. There's no customer service line to assist only an email contact. It has been close to 2 months since i've returned my product and I have not received a refund. HORRIBLE CUSTOM SERVICE!!!!!

This is actually my third hydrogen bottle, so I’ve done my homework on the benefits of H+ water. When you use it consistently, it really does make a difference in flushing out toxins and feeling better overall. I chose this specific brand because the hydrogen levels are much more consistent than others I’ve tried.However, I did have a major issue with the lid—it got so stuck that even after asking several people for help, we couldn't get it open. It felt like a defect, so I had to reach out to Amazon. After a bit of a back-and-forth regarding the replacement fee, they finally sent me a new one. I still think this is the best bottle for water quality, but I’m really hoping the lid on this new one holds up better. Some clearer instructions in the box would also be a nice touch!

Really happy with my new bottle. The build is solid, easy to carry, and the water tastes noticeably smoother. After using it post-workout, I actually feel more refreshed. Love that it’s SGS-certified and the battery lasts ages, hopefully. A bit pricey, but totally worth it if you care about hydration and recovery for your workout.
Honestly, I'm so impressed with this bottle. I’ve always struggled to drink enough water despite working out 5x a week and doing yoga, but for the past two weeks, this has changed everything. It only needs to be plugged in or powered by a power bank to produce fresh hydrogen water in minutes. The capacity is just right, and it's lightweight to carry around. The platinum-iridium catalyst core ensures higher hydrogen purity and eliminates any odor.
I purchased the deluxe version as it charges up to 8,000 per billion parts hydrogen making this a powerful system. Do not trust any vendor here unless it is 3rd party verified as this one is. This disqualified 90% of the units. I usually use the charge at 4,000 ppb taking only 5 minutes to charge with a beep when ready. The usb charge lasts around 4-5 days. You do not leave plugged in while using. I consume 5-8 canisters per day and after 4 weeks it has held up well. When the system needs to be charged it blinks red. You only have a couple of minutes before shut off. All of the portable hydrogen machines use a small 8-10 ounce canister. This one is 10 ounces, but I wish it was larger. This model also contains a cannula for respiratory hydrogen therapy. It’s very easy to adapt and switch however there is a problem. The ionizer does not produce sufficient force to push hydrogen through tubing. This is going to be the case with all of these portable units. A simple resolution is gently pinch your nostrils closing around nasal piece requiring a forceful inhale. I have found this to be effective, but don’t expect the air to come pouring out like with oxygen.Lastly, there was no customer service phone number only an email site. To their credit both questions were answered in the same day.This is a pressurized system and I advise the deluxe unit as it is constructed to hold more pressure and will surely last longer as well as take less time to charge. All in all I am very happy with the unit and would highly recommend it!
