Despite it being a busy Sunday afternoon, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding me to the right person after I shared what I was looking for. The colleague who assisted me in the skincare section was attentive and patient, addressing all my questions as I’m new to skincare routines. She made thoughtful suggestions and explained each product thoroughly. She even accompanied me downstairs to show me the final product after attempting to reach someone for assistance, but unfortunately, there was no response. This level of customer service truly stood out, making for a fantastic experience. I will definitely return and recommend the store! 👌🏻 P.S. I didn’t leave empty-handed; I now have my very first daily routine products! 🤗
