No updates on my order since January 5th

I placed an order on January 5th and still have no updates on when the products will arrive. They state a dispatch time of 2-3 days for the UK, but I haven't received any information. I've sent two follow-up emails to customer support without any response. I've also reached out through social media but have heard nothing back. It's incredibly frustrating. Additionally, I noticed the previous reply was inaccurate—no one has contacted me via email. I'm considering a chargeback as my next step, and I may also report this situation to trading standards.

Long wait and misleading cancellation notice!

I placed an order for a couple of creams on Dec 29th, and I didn't receive any updates until today, Jan 14th! The email stated that my order was cancelled at my request, which is untrue! I've reached out to customer service multiple times, but I've received NO assistance whatsoever! It's been a terrible experience. I JUST WANT MY ITEMS!

Wonderful First Visit to the Store

I visited the store at Carnaby Street for the first time yesterday. Despite it being a busy Sunday afternoon, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding me to the right person after I shared what I was looking for. The colleague who assisted me in the skincare section was attentive and patient, addressing all my questions as I’m new to skincare routines. She made thoughtful suggestions and explained each product thoroughly. She even accompanied me downstairs to show me the final product after attempting to reach someone for assistance, but unfortunately, there was no response. This level of customer service truly stood out, making for a fantastic experience. I will definitely return and recommend the store! 👌🏻 P.S. I didn’t leave empty-handed; I now have my very first daily routine products! 🤗
