I've sent two follow-up emails to customer support without any response. I've also reached out through social media but have heard nothing back. It's incredibly frustrating. Additionally, I noticed the previous reply was inaccurate—no one has contacted me via email. I'm considering a chargeback as my next step, and I may also report this situation to trading standards.
