I had ordered a design that was on back order, they reached out immediately and offered alternates as well as a date that the item is ordered would be back in stock. And when I decided to all for a refund, they have it without question and on the same day. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future
I had a question about one fabric I was interested in and Puresilks got right back to me within a day. Also, I had reported to Puresilk about one fabric that didnt show the scale of the print and they immediately included a picture with a measuring tape. I was very impressed with their accomodations of their customers.
