Review Time
I had a couple of issues with my insert (my fault). They reached out to me by email and phone to help me fix the issues. They warned me that the issues might cause a delay in shipping, but my package still arrived on time. Customer service was great. The CDs look and sound great. I will definitely be using them again.
The product itself is beautifully pressed. The sound is so smooth. The printing of the artwork looks fantastic, thanks to William who went backwards and forwards with me on it until I finally got it all to fit. They were easy peasy to work with and HUMAN and personal and I highly highly recommend.
My band wanted a low-run of LPs made. The package didn't include Test Presses, which we wanted. The SM folks cobbled together some type of a-la-carte way to making two order and then canceling one in order to handle the request. The process was complicated. The Dashboard ws rarely updated. The payment process never worked. This lead to us uploading artwork a few times—which inevitable lead to errors. Now we have an LP missing bits of artwork. Not a great process at all. Would not recommend.
This is the 3rd LP we've done with Solid Merch and they've nailed it each time!! They are always helpful, responsive and accurate with questions and issues we've had. This most recent project has some complications and special needs on our end and they came through once again! Couldn't be more pleased and our records sounds and look the BEST!!
My order shipped out almost 2 weeks earlier than expected, the customer service was top notch and Carlito was AMAZING! We didn’t order the digital download cards but we were pleasantly surprised to see them added to our order. The initial order was for 55 pieces, we are going to double our order next time.
