I've ordered from this company a few times without incident over the years, but I tend to think that how a company resolves a problem is what really shows how good/trustworthy they are. Back in November, I placed an order for some silk metallic tissue fabric on their Black Friday sale. I got the confirmation that the order was placed, and I had expected a wait given holiday demand and shipping, but aat the end of December I still didn't have any sort of shipping notification or idea when my order might turn up. There was a little bit of back and forth, but they were very straightforward that the fabric was backordered and had to be manufactured, and that they hadn't been happy with the quality. They sent me video of them handling the fabric options and offered to send free samples to make sure I'd get what I meant to order. They also sent me fabric that was wider than what I was expecting to get, so it was an even better deal than I'd anticipated. The fabric showed up this week, and it's exactly what I'd hoped for. The color and quality is there, and a burn test confirmed that it's silk for less than a third of what I'd have paid for the same fabric everywhere else I've found it. While the delay was a tiny bit frustrating, they more than made up for it as far as I'm concerned by going out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and by sending me a quality product. I'll absolutely be coming back to them if their products fit my project needs in the future.
