Do not buy! A complete scam! This company is marketing high end silks and sent a extremely low quality raw silk that is stained and damaged. The material received does not match the silk duchess being sold on the website in any aspect. The fabric is beyond natural flaws in a condition that does not align with fabric that is new and the applications the product is sold for. The company does not respond to or accept the photo evidence and details provided and will only give a refund if the product is shipped to a separate location in India with the high costs at the expense of the purchaser. Update: To further clarify, the product ordered was a high end 53 momme silk duchess and the product received was a low quality raw silk. The fabric received is not of an acceptable quality for what is advertised aside from the consistent damages and stains that are found throughout the fabric. Despite what the seller states, there was never an request to 'burn' the fabric for a refund. The PayPal claim I submitted was a request for a refund due to the false and damaged product received. The PayPal claim was not denied but escalated to a case by the seller where they then again requested for the product to be shipped back with the costly shipping fees to be paid at the expense of the purchaser without the option for the purchaser to respond to further or for the seller to address my concerns about the product received.
