What can I say. Facebook advertised the product with a hugh discount. I paid £109 for the bed mattress vacuum. After not being told when I would receive it, I bought a similar vacuum on Amazon for £36.99. I contacted Pure Sleepy. They would not cancel the order. When I did receive the vacuum (weeks later) , the packing and instructions were identical to the Amazon Product. I asked for a full refund but they made the whole process so difficult that I negotiated a 45% refund. I know I have overpaid and will learn from the experience. Disappointed with Facebook for allowing such advertisements.
