This service has been very disappointing. I ordered a vacuum nearly 2 months ago, and it still hasn't arrived. After several attempts to reach out, I was directed to contact the shipping company. They essentially said it was not their problem and that I needed to handle it myself. It's unbelievable. I've never had an experience like this before. They also refuse to issue a refund. Exercise caution and avoid this service.

This is a great little tool to help manage dust mites. My daughter has a severe dust mite allergy, and I use it as part of a comprehensive approach to her allergies.
