DO NOT BUY! Order number: 4159646Product severely underperformed compared to hand held dyson. Puresleepy was only able to suck up about 1 teaspoon of dust. The hole leads directly to cylinder, so the dust just drops back out when you turn it off.I then followed the same mattresss eith my household vacuum and i got a whole cylinder full of dust.Emailed them, sharing my feedback and photos and asked for refund. They kept trying to push partial refund and suggested i gift to someone - no i dont want to do that! Website advertised try 90 day risk free - false advertising! Upon threatening to ckntact my card company, they reluctantly accepted return for full refund. Sent international mail - the address gave me was based in dusseldorf, germany. I shared tracking details and followed up a few times regarding the refund - no response.I’ve now contacted my card company too.
