We received our Polaris HydroTex™ – 99.7% Waterproof & Snowproof Winter Barefoot Shoes/boots with Cosy Fleece Lining just before Christmas and have found them to be comfortable, waterproof and warm. Our only concern is the longevity and robustness of the quick-lace system. It is difficult to get a tight-enough containment with both the elastic lacing and the fleece lining during a long, arduous walk without some internal movement of feet. Possibly thicker socks?? Or, switch to traditional laces.
