I would recommend these house shoes/slippers to anybody unsure on their feet. I'm 75 and I know first hand of people slipping on steps and down stairs with conventional slippers. They are nice and cosy too.
I completely LOVE the PURE STEP products and now have several pairs, including winter waterproof, lightweight summer shoes and the amazingly comfortable barefoot slippers. So much kinder to your feet.
It's a shame that delivery takes so long.(About one month) So be sure to order in good time.

They answer emails and complaints promptly. I had an issue with a pair of boots and sizing. They told me to keep the wrong size instead of returning them, to donate them to charity if I wished. Then sent me the correct size for only the postage. I found that very fair, and minimal trouble to me. The new pair are perfect. I have their slippers too, which I love. They're so cosy and comfortable, and take away the pain of a hammer toe. I recommend this company.

What went wrong? It would be easier to list what went right, which is hardly anything. The walking boots arrived after a lengthy wait of six weeks. Reaching out via email was pointless as responses were mostly generic and lacked substance. The quality of the boots was below expectations, and the representation of the brand is misleading. Priced over £69, it felt like a complete waste of money, and after reviewing feedback about the service, I strongly suspect many positive reviews are fabricated. With products sourced from abroad, the issues with delivery, returns, and communication are equally disappointing. I strongly advise against using this service. To call it substandard would be an understatement. I'm utterly appalled.
The order met my expectations. If you're looking for fast delivery, you might be let down, as it takes a few weeks to arrive. However, the shoes are fantastic and the new slippers are incredibly comfortable and soft inside. I was kept updated about the delivery timeframe, which helped me know what to expect. It arrived securely packaged and was handed to me with a smile by a very courteous gentleman. I plan to order again since the shoes match the description perfectly and the slippers are wonderfully cozy.
