Service from Purestep was great, very good communications, prompt dispatch.The courier however held onto the purchase for nearly 3 weeks, so missing Christmas. I was unable to track or contact them so had no idea what was happening other than 'they had my parcel'I was about to cancel my order when it arrived and the slippers were great.Great product, rethink the delivery
