These boots are so warm and comfortable that I have been wearing them round the house like slippers. The lack of a raised heel is part of the design but takes a bit of getting used to if you have always had shoes with a wedged heel. The after sales service was great, helpful and friendly...the only down side was the length of time they took to arrive
