I very much appreciated the efficiency and clarity of communication. I had the order and delivery confirmed in good time, and the delivery itself arrived safely. My only gripe is that the delivery took longer than I might have expected - about four weeks (hence the four stars, not five). However, the boots and slippers I received were well worth the wait. A great fit and very, very comfortable. Excellent to walk in and excellent value. I hope they last, but at this price I’ll be happy with a couple of years.
