The delivery was delayed and took over 14 days to arrive. I used there size chart and the trainers delivered were incorrect and too big. The returns process cost almost as much as the item eg. an exchange they want £9.90. For a return it has to be posted to China, and tracked, at your own expense, non refundable, which for a pair of trainers is around £12 to £15 with royal mail. I WOULD NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN
