Hassle free first & Foremost! Delivery was quicker than I expected so that was great. I haven't worn the slippers yet as they are part of Xmas present for my husband, I liked the look of them so ordered a pair for each of us, but can't wear mine until husband gets his Xmas day, But, I tried them on & couldn't believe how comfortable they are, I was amazed at the comfort & quality of them! It's been killing me not being able to wear mine yet! They also came in their own drawstring canvas like bag! As I've never seen these kind of footwear before I was a bit wary, but they were far better than my expectations, I liked them so much I ordered a pair of trainers each for us, I'm just waiting for them to be delivered & I can't wait!! Well worth the money in my opinion because comfort is really important when it comes to your feet & the slippers look nice & well made!!
