At first ordering was very easy, but the 3 week wait was becoming a problem. Yodel's delivery app stopped loading info' halfway through the process, therefore I had no idea when my items were going to be delivered, if at all. It was very frustrating but luckily PureStep Staff were a gr8 help and got on2 Yodel 2 prioritise my order. It was delivered safely yesterday(18' Dec) so I am very happy.
